1. Bitrix24.Scrum

Bitrix24.Scrum solution has all the necessary tools such as backlog, sprints, story points, epics, etc. Compared to other solutions however, Bitrix24.Scrum has the advantage of already being integrated with other powerful tools such as chats, online meetings, and calendar!

It’s easy to get started!  Bitrix24 already has ready-made scripts to organize your team from scratch and start working.


2. Inventory management

Manage your stock and warehouses, monitor sales, and track deliveries - all inside a single ecosystem. With the new Bitrix24, you can also manage arrival of the goods even from your mobile app.

With the new release, Bitrix24 has already integrated inventory management with the CRM. This allows users to book goods for the client, prepare invoices and communicate with the team- right from the Deal.

1. Instant WhatsApp
Get new customers and generate sales through WhatsApp.
How does it work?
By clicking on the widget on the website, the client is redirected to his WhatsApp and can send a message. You receive said message  in his/her chat window in Bitrix24 and can continue communication from there.
The history of the conversation and all customer orders will be saved in the customer CRM card. You can also immediately accept an order and send a payment link to the chat.

2. New invoices
With a new, simplified interface and powerful automation, invoices have become easier to use and more business-friendly - all to help you process more deals faster.
Robotic Process Automation, or RPA for short, will allow you to automate your daily work processes and assist with the deal related tasks. Examples of such automation include sending the manager a notification when payment is made or sending your clients payment links via SMS or email. 
Other new options in the Deal section include "Accept payment", "Sales via SMS" and payment with QR code. Deals have become smarter, faster, and better looking.


3. Meeting briefs
Do you have a lot of video calls? Meeting briefs will help you to record the results of discussions and make the employees responsible for completing certain tasks.  All participants of the meeting will have access to the Meeting Briefs doc. You can also share the created doc with others. To remember the details of the previous meeting and/or continue the meeting, all you have to do is open the Meeting Briefs doc and continue editing.

The file can be co-edited in real-time by all the participants.

4. BI Analytics
Bitrix24 has a large amount of standard reports which can be set up to fit your needs. These reports are sufficiently detailed to help most companies make quick decisions, however in most businesses, data accumulates over time and analysts want to use it to carry out more complex studies. With the new release of Bitrix 24, a new solution has been introduced.
The new solution allows you to connect your Bitrix24 to the services of Power BI and Google Data Studio. You can then send all your data from Bitrix24 to build tables, graphs, dashboards on these servers and then continue to work and analyze the results on the Bitrix24 platform.

A little bit more about Bitrix24 new products:
  • new Instagram scenarios:
- respond to comments directly from Bitrix24;
- sell during the Instagram Live stream;
  • CRM forms 2.0: 
- quick creation and addition of new fields, selection of products from the catalog, sales in messengers and social networks, automated personal offers; 
  • 2-way integration with Google and Apple Calendars;
  • obligatory task result comments for the most important tasks - the outcome of your work will not be lost; 
  • a new scenario for working with Facebook Lead Ads forms. Any and all Facebook forms can be connected to Bitrix24.  All the data that the client leaves in the advertising forms, is saved in the CRM.
