This License Agreement is concluded between INFORMUNITY LLC (hereinafter also referred to as "INFORMUNITY" and the "Licensor") and the person who directly uses MyPBX Software, hereinafter referred to as the "End User" and the "MyPBX" or "Software".
This license agreement is a non-exclusive license.
1. Conclusion of a License Agreement
1.1 The conclusion of this License Agreement occurs directly at the moment when the End User expresses his explicit consent to its terms by putting a mark in the field "I agree with the terms of this License Agreement", which is given below the text of the License Agreement in the form of activation of "MyPBX", or in any other way that clearly indicates the readiness to use "MyPBX" for its intended purpose, including by purchasing, installation, launch, and direct operation in the specified Software.
1.2 If the End User does not agree with the terms of this License Agreement, he must refuse to use the "MyPBX" in any way, including in the ways listed above, as well as delete the Software from his personal computer and other data carriers.
2. MyPBX - description of the Software and its terms of use
2.1 Software “MyPBX " – a set of data and commands associated with the software “Bitrix24 Integration with Asterisk module” (manufacturer and copyright holder - INFORMUNITY LLC), expressed by means of program code, database, program interface design elements, combined functionally and intended to bring additional functionality to Bitrix24 software (including the FreePBX and Bitrix24 Integration with Asterisk module), including the following opportunities:
2.1.1 to connect employees from Bitrix24 to telephony;
2.1.2 to assign internal and external numbers to employees;
2.1.3 to set up the softphone or deskphone by viewing and editing the credentials of End-user’s employees who are registered and are Bitrix24 users;
2.1.4 to connect the provider IP telephony and its external numbers;
2.1.5 configure routing of incoming and outgoing calls;
2.1.6 create and configure queues for incoming calls.
2.2 Bitrix24 Software and FreePBX are independent computer programs.
2.2.1 Bitrix24 Software is a virtual environment that helps the End User organize their work and interaction within their organization, including by setting and monitoring tasks for employees, building various business processes, facilitating internal communication, using the Market and other tools of the program. Bitrix24 and FreePBX are not the intellectual property of INFORMUNITY.
2.2.2 The software "Bitrix24 Integration with Asterisk module" is the intellectual property of INFORMUNITY, distributed separately by the copyright holder.
