End User License Agreement

Informunity (Provider) is not responsible for any actions performed by the Client (its employees, and/ or other persons authorized by the Client and provided with access to the settings of the software which has been previously configured by the Provider, i.e. any and all persons that are out of control on the Provider and have no legal bond with the latter) if these actions were carried out after the works execution by the Provider and their acceptance by the Client. This includes responsibility for any and all changes made to the software (its settings) without the control of the process on the part of the Provider, including during the period when:

- the technical support period for the software is expired;

- the technical support period has not expired, but such changes were made without the consent of the Provider;

- at any time, in the absence of notification of the necessity of the changes sent to the Provider by the Client and resulting into arbitrary changes to the software settings by such persons.

The Client also confirms that he is fully responsible for any and all changes in the software settings (that have been made earlier by the Provider) after accepting the works (results of works) both under the delivery and acceptance statement, and/or in other forms (including but not limited to the comments in the Tasks in Bitrix24 and email correspondence), if the specified changes are made by persons under the control of the Client, or outside of legal bond with the Provider, including employees of the Client, third parties engaged by the Client to perform any works, and other persons who have obtained access to the software through the Client /its employees / representatives.

At the same time the Client bears similar responsibility for any and all changes in the software settings made if such changes were made by the specified persons during the period of technical support provided by the Provider and / or before the acceptance of the Work (their results) by the Client, but the changes were not negotiated with the Provider, were performed randomly or purposefully and result in an undesirable change in functionality or interfere with the normal operation and hinder the achievement of the Tasks assigned to the Provider.
