Key new features announced during the latest presentation

Recently the CEO of Bitrix24 Sergey Ryzhikov has announced an upcoming release named Sydney. Here we’d like to share some of the key expected updates.

Contact center

Call Tracking (free for all plans). It’s an instrument to monitor which ad channels bring the most value. Call Tracking automatically distributes the calls in accordance with the ad sources and substitutes phone number indicated at your site judging by the same parameter. It’s important to note that all incoming calls to different numbers (which you can buy from Bitrix24 or use any other providers’ services) are redirected to your main phone number but in CRM you see the source number that your client used to call you.

CRM

Simple CRM. Quick deal is a new mechanism that lets users enter data swiftly and add new entities to old clients. Create leads in a fast-paced manner, search and filter through all CRM fields, transfer data through various pipelines — Bitrix24 is doing its best to make the CRM really easy to use.

An opportunity to set “Required from the stage” in the CRM card means that a manager will not be able to skip any pipeline stage after the one that was indicated as compulsory. Also, it will possible to create chats and communicate right in the Deal card.

Moreover, Bitrix24 makes it possible to invite to the Chat all employees, even those who don’t have access to a particular deal or CRM. All invited colleagues are automatically set as observers.

Observer is a new “role” in Leads and Deals. An observer cannot change anything but he can see all the fields and gets all notifications related to the deal. There are two types of users who can invite an observer to a Lead or a Deal: his manager and a person responsible for this lead or deal.

New robots make it possible to launch auto calling, create and send invoices and other documents, send templates from CRM-marketing in robotic letters. Plus there are many new triggers: document view in CRM, missed call, time before event, etc.

New business-scenarios in Sales Generator (holiday, birthday or quality evaluation). For each scenario, there is a script of conversation between manager and client.

Also, the company has announced its intention to implement top requests related to CRM-marketing: quick creation of segments from the list, mailouts, and SMS; better quality for mail sending and 100+ updates.

CRM analytics

Ready-made reports in new Analytics module are designed to help you analyze the sales process. You can see and filter deals that the report is built on by any CRM property and see a detailed report for any criterion.

End-to-end analytics in Bitrix24 is there to answer the question which ad is most effective. It makes it possible to see the traffic sources and channels that you use to communicate with your clients. Any client activity is fixed and available in CRM-analytics.

The instrument helps evaluate ad campaigns payback (which ad channels work best) and managers productivity (which traffic they convert best to sales) and automate the process of expenses allocation within preferred add channels. The end-to-end analytics does not require any additional integration and is free for all plans.

Tasks and projects

New robots and triggers in Tasks and projects. By using them you can automatically create a new task, send an email, change responsible person and task status or delete it completely.

Also, the company decided to include in this release one of the most popular user request: deleted tasks will be transferred to the trash bin and it will be possible to restore them any time you want. But only the system administrator can clear the bin.

Soon it will be even more convenient to work with the tasks from your mobile device. New mobile tasks remind a to-do list: you can compose tasks with minimum input data and distribute them by projects, set responsible persons, etc.

Company

Elastic disk was announced in previous Hong Kong release and now its version for MacOS is about to be released.

New video calls. Invite more than 10 people simultaneously.

Bitrix24 makes it possible to invite employees right from your smartphone (phone number is used instead of login, you can choose contacts from the phonebook, the confirmation code is sent via SMS).

Sites and Stores

Graphic editor lets users edit uploaded pics. Also, now there will be a countdown timer for all occasions — from promo campaign termination date to starting date of the conference.

Integration with Instagram. Basically, the storefront is kept in the social network while orders management is performed in Bitrix24.

Bitrix24.Laboratory

Bitrix24.Laboratory is an experimental development division that works on implementation of AI technologies.

AI24 in CRM is an instrument that lets perform smart scoring, i.e. to forecast the chances of lead conversion into deal and that the deal will be successfully completed. This indicator (from 0 to 100%) is counted automatically and changes with every change in lead or deal. For forecasting, the system uses such parameters as properties and stages, emails and email texts, calls and conversation details, chat dialogues, etc. The forecast is precise 85-93%.

In terms of CRM-marketing AI24 gives user the opportunity to break his contact base to two segments: who is a perspective ad viewer (the chances of getting a deal are more than 75%, you can change the threshold limit) and who is worth the money spent (the chances of getting a deal are lower than 75%). The advertising audience will be filled automatically.

Bitrix24.Assistant is one more experimental project by the Laboratory. It can be connected with Google, Amazon, and Apple. With Assistant you can schedule a meeting, set a task or text to chat.
