AFRIMAC is a program created for business, technological, entrepreneurial and innovative exchange between the Canary Islands and West Africa. Case details

AFRIMAC's main goal is to boost the internationalization of the companies through collaboration and a shared knowledge base. Bitrix24 implementation allowed to build high quality communication within the company. Moreover, effective collaboration with partners was facilitated by using extranet groups’ functionality. Standard workgroups features were reinforced by additional developments to meet customer’s specific needs. Various levels of access to information within Bitrix24 have been configured for external users.

We personalized authorization templates with the AFRIMAC corporate logo. Bitrix24 authorization template was changed to show the project’s logo. The logo also appears in the e-mails generated by the system.
We set up page templates based on user groups (supervisors, administrators, extranet users) with different access rights to Bitrix24 main features.
We facilitated simultaneous use of several languages on the self-hosted edition of Bitrix24 (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese).
