Solution

Standard settings of Bitrix24 allow adding tasks to favorites. To filter tasks by this mark, one should go to the Tasks tab in the left menu bar and configure a new filter in the search bar (Add field → Task parameters → In Favorites).

Then one needs to return to the main task list and manually apply the created filter. After applying the filter, the user will see only the tasks that have been marked as favorites. In the same way, one can filter posts from the Activity Stream.

To make it easier for the users to access the information they need, let’s enable the filter of favorite tasks and posts from the Activity Stream in the main menu on the left, and name the sections correspondingly: Favorite Tasks and Favorite Posts.

Now tasks and posts added to favorites automatically fall into corresponding sections, and users can reach information in one click, while the general list of tasks and posts in the Activity Stream stays the same.
