The customer came to us with a task to migrate all the data and workflows from AmoCRM. The reason for the migration was that the CRM became not available in certain regions and countries and worked unstable even with the VPN access.
We had three main goals here:
1. Data migration
The difficulty of this task was that Bitrix24 doesn’t have a standard app for importing data from AmoCRM on the marketplace. We had to create our own mechanism to do this.
2. Setup
We set up an automation for workflows, templates of documents.
3. Feedback form for Wordpress
We connected the webform with Bitrix24.
