To set up the system of a non-financial motivation for employees
Problem
It's hard to organize a system of non-financial staff motivation in a large company. Financial rewards are not enough, employees burn out doing only monotonous tasks.

Solution
The standard functionality of Bitrix24 allows rewarding certain employees with special marks called badges. Based on the badges tool, one can build a whole system of non-financial motivation.
In Bitrix24, there are 14 types of badges using which one can express appreciation in the Activity Stream. One of the solution elements is a tool for assigning badges with a certain weight featured in scores. It is set up at the administrative panel of the portal, along with user rights — i.e. who can give badges to others, as any employee can accept them.
Save four types of badges as those that employees cannot exchange among each other. Only managers and HR department representatives can grant these badges. Then assign the selected badges with a certain number of scores.
Then, create a special page called Scores, where one can find a summary table with data on all employees of the company. The employees are ranked in ascending order, judging by the number of scores.
One can find any wanted employee and, by clicking on his name, see his score details: when and how many scores were granted, who issued the badge, and what comment he or she left.
Also, one can manually add an entry and assign an employee with an arbitrary number of scores leaving a comment. If the type of badge is not indicated in the Appreciation column (see screenshot above), one can be sure that the badge was granted manually.
One can see the number of collected scores in the employee's profile in Bitrix24.
Employees can exchange the collected scores to various bonuses: a special prize set by the company, a day off, or anything from the list. It all depends on the imagination of the HR department :). To make it even more convenient, one can set up a showcase with products that an employee can buy with the collected scores.
