Nutrition Pro is a ready-to-eat food delivery company. Сustomers are invited to order a set of food for a period from several days to several months and choose different types of menu.

All the company's commercial transactions were held in Bitrix24 CRM, but standard CRM settings didn’t fit the client's requirements. Sales funnels were not used properly, the same transaction was used for several times and never reached its logical end (lost or won). Therefore the company had problems with analytic data and the real situation with the company's sales was completely incomprehensible. 

What we did

  • We have made a seamless sales workflow from a Lead to a closed Deal. We have set up several sales funnels based on leads’ activity: Lead, Qualified customer, Trial order, Active customer, Resale. Currently each funnel has its own stages.

  • We have set up reminders and automatic notifications for each stage of the transaction. No customer is lost or left without attention.

  • We have created several individual reports: a report with detailed information about each lead by stages and a report with the sources of leads. Chrystal clear data can help to make right decisions.

  • We helped to determine the entry points for information from a third-party system integrated with Bitrix24, which is responsible for food production. So we ensured seamless integration of Bitrix24 CRM and domestic ERP system.
