Bitrix24: On-premise only

Solution

1. For a start let’s determine the data that are to be transferred to Bitrix24. For example, it can be Deals, Leads, Contacts, Tasks, workflows from the Activity Stream, and users with their accounts.

2.Then, set up the transfer of the necessary data from Bitrix24. To make it happen, connect the external reporting software (in this case Qlikview) to the Bitrix24 database and describe what each field is responsible for and how the fields are related to each other. The external software receives data by request to the Bitrix24 database. NB: give access only for reading (just in case), and spend some time figuring out the structure of the tables, since the needed data can be scattered among several tables, which is not always obvious.

3. As a result, data transfer is carried out automatically, and company employees do not have to spend time on manual work. The full-fledged reports are displayed in the familiar form.
