In terms of this package we:

  • perform primary business analysis of the customer's project and document their aims and goals at the preparation stage;

  • conduct an interview that helps to ensure that both parties fully understand the essence of the project and its frames at the early stages and becomes the basis for obtaining a predictable result for predictable time and money;

  • create a personalized commercial offer with due regard to customer's needs and results of the business analysis.

The work process goes as follows:

At an online meeting with the customer our specialists — a project manager and an analyst-designer — find out the main customer's wishes and discuss key tasks of the project. The interview questions give a more structured vision of the customer's business in general, help to articulate customer's expectations and clarify the essence of the planned work for the contractor. All this becomes the project framework that guides us through commercial proposal drafting, contract signing, and realization stages.

As the result on the fourth working day after the meeting (GMT+3) the customer receives a 2-3 pages document describing goals, objectives, risks, and timescale of the upcoming project. As a bonus, the customer receives a detailed commercial proposal with final estimates of all subsequent stages.
