What does the process look like?
1. You decide what to automate;
2. We discuss the task with you and schedule an online session;
3. At an online session, where an analyst, a Bitrix24 setup specialist and a project manager participate from our side, we dive into the task and offer an implementation plan (with illustrative examples), after reaching an agreement we set up the system accordingly. Once the setup is complete, we will work together to make sure everything functions as initially discussed.
The duration of an online session does not exceed three hours, and it is often better to divide it in two: task discussion and implementation options at the first meeting and setup at the second one held the next day. Please bear in mind that not all the processes fall into the mentioned limites.
We are not wizards, but we try our best! All configuration is carried out taking into account the existing capabilities (and limitations) of the system. In the process of immersion in the task we may encounter some restrictions. In this case, we will offer two options: either to implement this part of the process within a separate development task, or to change the process taking into account the existing restrictions.
