The training is held in person at your premises to maximize the involvement of the participants in the learning process. However, due to the limitations linked to pandemic, this course is currently available in online format as well.
Brief program:
- Workflows in Activity Stream;
- Automation in CRM: automation rules, triggers, and workflows;
- Workflows in Drive;
- Automation in Tasks: Kanban, Planner, statuses;
- Workflows in Lists;
- Work with Workflow Designer;
- Tools application and limitations: how to choose the optimal implementation strategy;
- Computations and complex logic in processes;
- Tools’ dependencies and restrictions.
Training
Each course is unique and the program is adjusted specifically for your team. Your individual schedule may look like this: 6 sessions for 3 working hours a day in a group of 5-7 people.
An example of a training plan is provided below:
First day:

Acquaintance: You present the company and introduce the processes that are subject to planned automation to InformUnity team; We adapt the practice section of the training course to your the needs (1 hour);

Introductory theoretical part (2 hours);
Second day:

Theory and functionality demonstration (2 hours);

Practice (1 hours);
Third to sixth days:

Theory and practice: (3 hours). Together with the InformUnity team the participants build workflows and automate their system. We revise available tools as we go and ensure a smooth transition from theoretical knowledge to practical skills.
In the course of the training, group members create workflows with their own hands. As a result, you obtain one or more processes in Bitrix24 and savvy users who are ready to proceed with automation on their own.
It is expected that the group members have practical experience in business processes formalizing and have charts and/or descriptions of the company’s workflows, as well as that the trainees are familiar with the basic functionality of Bitrix24 and utilize its tools in their daily work.
Presential course takes 4 days for 5 working hours a day at your office and is usually held in a group of 5-7 people.
