App for displaying summary reports based on Bitrix24 data

Bitrix24 provides access to a large amount of useful data. However, in order to see it, the user often has to switch between tabs and look for it in different places. Therefore, it is quite hard to get the big picture.

To solve this problem, we developed the Monitor24 app. In substance, it is a single dashboard reflecting a summary of key metrics from Bitrix24 for a certain period of time.

As for the content, we made our best to select the most useful reports that will provide some insights into the overall pace of lead generation, the degree of workload on employees in CRM, and the results in monetary terms.

How it works

Any employee who opens the app will see a dashboard with a set of data available to them according to their rights in Bitrix24. The data is loaded for the current calendar week, but one can always switch a week or more back and forth.

To install the app, check the following:

  • the employee installing the app must have admin rights in Bitrix24;

  • if you have an On Premise version of Bitrix24, you must have access to our server.
