Not everyone knows that Bitrix24 lets you test its most functional plan for 30 days for free. Here you can find a short guide on how to make it work, as well as what benefits you will get and what restrictions are there to face.

Go to the left side menu and select Subscription;

Click on the Activate Trial tab;

And activate free 30 day trial.
What else you should know
1. You can use the trial version only once and for one portal.
If 30 days are not enough, register a new portal and activate demo there.
2. Any employee who has access to the portal can activate and deactivate the demo mode.
Do not give access to the portal to outside parties.
3. You can turn off the demo mode, but all unused days will expire.
Make a plan for which tools you want to test first. Thus, you will not waste your trial days.
4. There is no access to Bitrix24 support chat and tickets system during the trial period.

5. When the demo period is over, all created data gets deactivated. It will be restored right after you buy the plan.
Demo Limitations
During the trial period you get to test the following options:

business cards recognition (12 scans per month) — the app scans a real business card and automatically creates a Contact or a Company in CRM based on the received data;

chat tracker (100 recognitions per month) — data from all chats connected to the Contact Center is automatically recorded to a single CRM-card. It helps recognize the client in case of repeated queries and personalize the offer;

50 Gb of disk space;

100 items in the Store.
You will not be able to:

rename a domain;

restore backup;
-
renew/pass on/transfer your mail domain to another zone for free;

disable two-step authorization for an admin;

enable deletion protection;

use Bitrix Network;

change the invitation text to your Bitrix24;

use cross-portal tasks;

remove the signature "Powered by Bitrix24" on all elements;

use email newsletters in CRM marketing;
-
switch to your domain;
-
enable IP restrictions.
