At some point the company realized that the call quality is not good enough. Besides it had no integration with the Bitrix24 they used and the team spent much time on keeping track of those calling.

The phone is one of the most important sales channels for Installers UK. So the overall significance of the task was high.

The company chose to take a step towards a new Telephony service provider, update the IVR and put voice communications into Bitrix24 platform.

What we’ve done

Our team helped to understand what telephony needs should be covered. Then we installed and configured FreePBX server, Asterisk Integration Application, Supervisor panel and Call Center Wizard.

We instructed the customer how to use the system and were in close contact while launching the system and afterwards.
