We developed the app on Bitrix24 and Asterisk integration specially for the sales departments. Now you can call and receive reports on conversations right in your Bitrix24. You can also monitor the sales department's work, receive the analysis on telephone load, speed and quality of calls processing. The instruments previously available only to large call-centers are now accesible to everyone.
With this app you can see a summary of key metrics from Bitrix24 for a certain period of time on a single dashboard
